1. Services
Transportation Revenue & Co. provides the Executive Revenue Growth Intensive, a private executive working session of up to three hours for up to three executives, led by Scott Miller. Virtual sessions are available; in-person engagements may be arranged with separately approved travel expenses.
2. Investment & Payment
The investment for the intensive is $997. Payment is required to reserve your session. The company owner or authorized executive decision-maker must participate.
3. Implementation Credit
If you engage Transportation Revenue & Co. for a qualifying revenue implementation program of $10,000 or more within 14 calendar days following your intensive, your full $997 investment will be credited toward that engagement. There is no obligation to purchase additional services.
4. Scheduling & Cancellation
Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation terms apply. Sessions are subject to mutual availability. Please contact us promptly to arrange or adjust your session.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Specific financial outcomes are not guaranteed. The intensive provides strategy, analysis, and a practical roadmap; results depend on your execution and business circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the engagement, including the written executive summary and 90-day roadmap, are for your internal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transportation Revenue & Co. and Scott Miller are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the engagement. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the intensive.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Transportation Revenue & Co. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
